Reservations can be made with us from a variety of options. We accept reservations via phone, contact form, or through our booking software.
Once your plans are reasonably certain, feel free to contact us and arrange your reservation. We recommend providing as much notice as possible, particularly during our busy seasons (spring and fall). We can accommodate reservations up to a year in advance. As soon as you have all the relevant information, such as the date and time of your travel or special event, simply reach out to us via phone or email.
For the majority of situations, there are minimum hourly rental terms in place, which offer several benefits, particularly for special events and occasions. With this structure, you are guaranteed the same vehicle and chauffeur for the entire duration of your service. You can safely leave your belongings in the vehicle, enjoy unlimited stops, and have the vehicle and chauffeur available as per your instructions. Knowing that you have the vehicle at your disposal for the designated rental period generally provides a more relaxed experience.
Yes, there may be instances and occasions where a transfer service is possible with the exception of peak demand dates and events. A transfer is basically a direct, one-way pick up and drop, at a set time. Extra stops and additional driving around are not calculated in the pricing and would add to the charges. It is best to review all details at the time of reservation to determine what type of service will best suit your needs.
All limousines are stocked with complimentary bottled water and wifi. Customers are welcome to bring their own snacks and beverages. Kegs are not permitted in any vehicle. Alcoholic beverages are permitted as long as every passenger in the vehicle is over the age of 21.
